We started as an independent bricks and mortar lingerie shop in the historic town of Buntingford. After five years, with our lease expiring, we decided to close the shop but carry on as an online store. The tremendous benefit of having dealt directly with our customers has given us real knowledge of what real women want. We're not a faceless corporation. Not only have such corporations little if any understanding of what women want, ironically most of them are run by men, presumably most of whom don't even wear lingerie!
