Postage and packing

We deliver to many countries around the world. Our charges for postage and packing are as follows:

UK - FREE

Europe - £10.00

World - £15.00

We are not liable for VAT and any other taxes that you may need to pay for delivery.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within three working days. Should you need your items urgently, please let us know when ordering and we will ensure we give it our immediate priority. All deliveries are sent Second Class Royal Mail.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BuyLingerie but if, upon receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with it, we will exchange, refund or issue a gift voucher. Items can only be returned if they are in their original condition, packaging is intact where applicable, have not been worn or washed, and are still labelled as new. Hosiery can only be returned if its packaging has not been opened.

All items should be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
